First showing us different houses there were so many issues with the sellers, she helped us, guided us and walked us through many addendums to protect us, to help us. She worked for us even after the home was sold. She emailed / called / texted to make sure we were happy with it all. An issue came up after the contract was done and we had moved in, she still helped us out. I strongly recommend her, she'll go out of her way, on odd hours, always available, very responsive.
